Hamiltonhill Development

The development at Hamiltonhill will see around 670 new homes built, providing a mix of low-rise flats and terraced housing, with over 350 for sale and 320 for social rent.

These new homes range in size from one-bedroom flats, to larger family houses with up to four bedrooms. Three new local parks will also be created, bringing attractive open, green spaces and play parks to the area.

The first phase of housebuilding started in autumn 2022, which each of the four phases taking 3-4 years to complete. The first phase is well underway, with completion expected in 2026.

The regeneration of the area will be delivered over a 10 year period.
