You can pay with a debit or credit card either at our main office or over the phone by calling us on 0808 143 2002.
QC App
You can pay through our Queens Cross app. To get started, download the app from Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Just search for ‘Queens Cross app’.

Difficulties paying your rent?
If you’re having difficulties paying your rent, we are here to help. It’s important you contact your housing team as soon as you know there’s a problem.
They can talk to you about:
- Paying your rent arrears in instalments
- Benefits you may be entitled to but are not currently claiming
- Support from our in-house welfare rights and money advice services.
Rents are reviewed every year in line with our Rent Policy and all tenants are invited to take part in this consultation.
