Report a repair by visiting one of our offices or speaking to a member of staff.

Your Security
For your security, all Association and WrightKerr staff carry identity badges. So please ask to see their identity badge when they call at your home.
Response Times
We’re committed to providing you with an excellent repairs service and have set ourselves some challenging response times. These are:
- Emergency repairs – within 4 hours
- Urgent repairs – within 2 working days
- Routine repairs – within 10 working days
- Non-urgent repairs – within 28 days
Out of hours emergency?
If you need an emergency repair carried out, call us at weekends, public holidays or after 5pm, Monday to Friday. We will aim to get someone out to you as soon as possible.
