Properties & Neighbourhoods
Estate caretakers and the handyperson team ensure properties and neighbourhoods are maintained to the highest standards. The Home Team also help QC Wellbeing customers with small jobs around the home. Let us know how we can help.
Estate Caretaking
Estate caretakers work in our multi-storey and deck access properties to keep them safe, clean and in good condition. And they manage our CCTV system too.
It's a 24-hour, 7 days a week, service with a daily checklist that includes keeping laundry areas clear, cleaning lifts, inspecting play areas and carrying out fire risk inspections.
The estate caretakers regularly patrol neighbourhoods to make security checks.
They manage the Association’s CCTV system 24 hours a day, working closely with Police Scotland and the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service when needed.

Aids & Adaptions
We understand that you may have different needs at different times in your life. Aids and adaptations can help you safely and independently in your own home if you have a disability and we want to make sure we take action when you need it.
Eligibility criteria and priorities for aids and adaptations are set by Glasgow City Council (GCC), based on the degree of risk to the health and safety of the customer.
Our aids and adaptations policy has more information about our service.
