Young People
We provide accommodation and support to young people aged 16-25 who are risk of or who have experienced homelessness. This includes young people who are care experienced.
Our support is aimed at supporting young people to set up and manage a home. This involves taking a strength-based approach and supporting young people to manage their money, feel safe, improve their health and wellbeing, build positive relationships and access personal development opportunities.
The service has 3 parts and young people enter the part of the service that best suits their needs:
-
Core
10 young people who live in self-contained flats/bedsits. - Transitional
Three young people who live in self-contained flats/bedsits within a 5 minute walk of the core building. - Outreach
40 young people living in Scottish secure tenancies in our communities.
The service is registered with the Care Inspectorate and is funded by Glasgow Health and Social Care Partnership
