An update to our services
We hope this finds you and your friends and family well.
As you know, the Omicron variant of Covid-19 is spreading quickly, affecting all our daily lives. But we want to do what we can to follow Scottish Government guidance while dealing with any emergencies you may have.
We’d be grateful if you would read this service update and follow the guidance as closely as possible to ensure we can get to those who really need us.
From 5 January - stay safe when we visit your home
Our staff and contractors will follow Covid guidelines if they need to visit your home for emergency, essential and health & safety repairs.
To report a repair, please give us a call us on 0808 143 2002.
The repairs service will contact you in advance of an appointment to check that you will be at home to let them in and to go over Covid safety measures with you. These are:
1. In advance of an emergency repair or other home visit appointment, please take a Lateral Flow Test and let us know if it's positive.
2. When our staff or contractors are at your home, you will be asked to:
o wear a face mask
o maintain social distance
o ventilate the work area where possible.
This will also be explained to you when we arrive.
