Appointments, opening hours, accessibility
New guidance on making appointments and visiting our office.
As we come out of a long period of office closures we want to make sure that you receive the service you need when you need it.
This is our guide to help you get the best service possible over the next few months.
Need an appointment?
If you need to see or talk to a housing officer, a financial advisor, or any other staff member, please contact us first to make an appointment (see contact information below).
Our staff are out and about in the community or taking calls and won’t be able to see you if you drop in to the office. So it’s best to get in touch with us first.
Office opening hours
Our main office on Firhill Road is now open on:
- Monday - Friday, 10am-12 noon & 2-4pm
The office is open for pre-arranged meetings, general enquiries and for you to pick up forms and other things you might need. But, if you can, please call us first so that we know to expect you and have time to prepare any forms or other information that you need.
All other offices, including The Courtyard, Westercommon, remain closed for the time being.
