Job purpose: 

Are you looking to begin your career in business administration? Do you want to gain practical experience in a dynamic and supportive environment? Our Executive Office Team are seeking two enthusiastic apprentices to join our Customer Contact Centre and Business Support teams. This is an exciting opportunity to develop a wide range of skills while contributing to the Association's success.

As an Apprentice in our Executive Office Team, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative, reception, and corporate services support across the Association. You will gain practical experience working alongside various teams, enhancing your interpersonal skills and understanding of customer service excellence.

Key responsibilites will include:

  • Reception Services: Welcoming customers and visitors, responding to contractor enquiries, and managing key returns.
  • Administrative Tasks: Processing incoming and outgoing mail, providing general administration services (scanning, copying, filing), and ensuring GDPR compliance.
  • Data Management: Accurately inputting data into our customer management system (QL) or other systems.
  • Event Support: Assisting with Association-wide events and initiatives, such as food parcels, energy efficiency projects, community chest, annual gala day, and AGM.
  • Governance Support: Updating files and registers, supporting board meetings, and maintaining the QC Group Boards portal.
  • Health & Safety and Facilities: Assisting with health and safety checks, meeting setups, maintaining supplies, and supporting sustainability initiatives.
  • Customer Contact: Updating the customer management system, prioritising and responding to enquiries, and enhancing customer service satisfaction.
