Our sessional opportunities are a flexible approach to work. More commonly known as zero-hours, work is classed as ‘as and when required’. Our sessional opportunties will provide 'worker' employment status and the associated rights. More information about this can be found on the government website (Employment Status).

Workers are offered a variety of shifts depending on the needs of the service. There are no set hours of work, shifts or patterns. As a sessional worker contract:

we do not have to provide a minimum number working hours.
you do not have to accept work offered.
