Shona Stephen joined Queens Cross Housing Association in March 2011 from the Scottish Government where she was Deputy Director of Housing Access and Support. 

Shona’s career includes Directorships with Communities Scotland, the Prince’s Trust and Lochfield Park Housing Co-operative.
