Residents Task Force

The Residents Task Force (RTF) is a group of Queens Cross residents who provide a vital role for us. They look in detail at our services and make recommendations for improvements.

The RTF has around ten dedicated members who volunteer their time to scrutinise what we do, from tenant led estate inspections to reviewing policies and services like customer service, repairs and maintenance.
