Phil Daws is the Director of Property, Placemaking and Regeneration and joined the Association in April 2024.

Previously with East Renfrewshire Council for 24 years, Phil was the head of housing, property and climate change. He managed teams responsible for all aspects of social housing, factoring, and net zero. 

Phil said: “I’m very excited to have joined Queens Cross. I know the area well as I lived there for a few years.

“The association has a great reputation and I’m looking forward to working with residents to ensure the area continues to be a fantastic place to live.”
